Pet Peeves
★ Phrase "I'm bored"
★Group Projects {no explanation needed}
★When you slurp your drink and you're over the age of 7
★People who complain all the time about everything and anyone.
★When people unnecessarily touch my hands when handing me back money.
★When I'm returning something and the sales assistant keeps saying 'This is SO cute! What a great deal!" {you saying that will not make me change my mind on the item}
★Hearing 'You look tired' {Unless you have a cup of delicious coffee in your hand, I take it as 'Go home-You look awful. Go pile some makeup on- Actually don't come back. No one wants to see you looking like this.}
What are some of your pet peeves?

What is Style?
It's hard to describe style in my opinion. I don't like confining myself to 2 or 3 adjectives in order to describe what I like. I think style is not only a description of fashion choices, but also personality. Seeing how a person acts is also a representation of their style in a way.
Have you ever been enchanted by a stranger?
Sometimes I see a random person amongst rush hour in Portland, who without speaking conveys so much. Their confidence (or lack thereof) shining through. The way they react to tripping over a pothole or a homeless person asking for money. The way they carry their bags. Or the way they just stand there motionlessly or maybe twitching their leg nervously.
I feel like all those little things make up a person's style.
What does style mean to you?

The Ultimate Christmas Movie
Every Christmas season my family watches this movie. It's almost a tradition.Somehow whenever we turn on the TV this movie is playing and we end up watching it.
Does your family have a tradition to watch a certain movie?

Perfume Dilemma
I'm trying to decide between these three scents.
What are your opinions on these? Do you own any of these? Does the scent last? Would you re-purchase?

Affordable Gifts for Women
Let's all stop pretending we have all the money in the world to spend on our loved ones this season. I know I can not spend 75$ on each one of my friends unless I want to eat Ramen for the next 5 years.
All the gift guides that we have seen so far have been way out of my budget, thus we have decided to come up with a realistic gift guide for people that do not have an extreme amount of money to spend on all my friends and family.
Candles are a perfect gift in my opinion. They smell nice and remind you of the person who gave you the candle every time you burn it. Personally I buy nice candles as a treat, because I can't justify spending 10$ on a candle on a regular basis, which makes receiving a candle special.
Movies or Music. If you know the person well enough, you can give them a DVD or a CD of a movie or a band they have been loving recently, or one they want to see. I love getting movies as gifts, because I usually get super excited about a movie and then forget to see it in theaters ( but then again movie tickets are almost as expensive as getting a DVD soooo why not just get the DVD), so getting a present like this makes me very happy.
Nail Polish. A fancy bottle of nail polish is a great gift if you know that the person you're gifting doesn't usually buy such things. I personally don't spend money on nail polish, because I change it so much, so I stick to the less expensive options like Revlon or Sally Hansen. I would love to receive a bottle of OPI or Essie or Butter London for Christmas in a beautiful color. I know that I personally would never send that much money on a nail polish, but I would love to receive it as a gift.
This also applies for other items [lipstick, blush, shoes, etc]. Getting a slightly higher/ fancier option for any beauty item is a good idea, if you know that the recipient would most likely not purchase the item for themselves.
Tea or Coffee Items. If the recipient likes coffee or tea, getting them a new tea flavor or one of their favorites is a good idea, because you know that they will use it and appreciate it. If you don't know what kinds/flavors they like, get them a tumbler or a reusable coffee/tea cup. There are lots of pretty options in the stores for not a lot of money.
Printed Tees. If you know the person's style and you think they would like it then go for it! You could also get a tee with a funny saying.
If you have siblings or a few of your friends are pitching in for a bigger gift, I have a few relatively inexpensive options:
Perfume. If you know the person's taste this is a good idea. If you don't you probably shouldn't guess, because you'll just waste your money. I think Daisy is a good perfume for anyone, its light and fresh and so far I haven't heard of anyone not liking it. Lovestruck is my current favorite, so I just wanted to include that in case you were looking for a fresh floral fruity scent that is not overpowering.
SPA certificate. Who doesn't like to get pampered? Beauty schools have some less expensive options as well as new SPA centers. Groupon is also a good place to find SPA certificates for at least half the price.
What are some of your ideas for gifts?

The #1 Travel Item You Need in Your Suitcase
With the holiday season literally right around the corner lots of you will traveling to see family and friends that do not live close to you. Which means that you might have to stay the night or for a few days.
Recently I went on a trip to visit some family on the East Coast and have discovered the one crucial item that is absolutely essential for having a great time and feeling comfortable anywhere.
MAKE UP REMOVAL CLOTHS!!
This might a no brainer for most of you, but I was sincerely surprised how handy these little towelettes are.During the trip I used these daily. Sometimes even when you scrub your face really well there's still some makeup residue left, which clogs up your pores. That is the last thing you want on a vacation. These little towelettes take off all the spots you missed by just using your cleanser. [Plus if you are in a sketchy area you can use these as a sanitizer for your hands.]

Favorite Printed Tees
Lately, I've been really into wearing tees with a cute picture or some beautiful positive words. Currently, we are experiencing some major cold weather here in Portland(possible snow in the next few days- yay!!) thus layering is a must.
Here are some of my favorites tees that go under my cardigans. All of these are from Old Navy and are about 10$ a piece. They are super soft and look great with my staple winter outfit which is a combo of jeans, boots, sweater and scarf.

The Jeggings Suprise
Once upon a time there was a fashion blogger (AKA me) strolling through Macy's when she stumbled upon the Jessica Simpson's line display.
I grabbed a few pair of jeans and a couple tops and headed to the fitting room.
These were no ordinary jeans. They fit just right. The waist wasn't too tight, the legs fit nicely too. No bulging, no sagginess. And on top of it all they were just the perfect length to roll them up a little bit. I realized they were not jeans but jeggings once I got home. In case you want to stop reading right now and rush out to the store and try them on yourselves- they are the 'Kiss Me Jeggings'.
What so amazing about them is that they could easily be taken for real jeans. I've always thought that jeggings were denim printed leggings, with no resemblance to real jeans, which in my opinion look terrible. These jeggings are just like jeans expect they are much much softer and stretchier. I feel like I could potentially work out in these. They have real back pockets, and a zipper. The front is also structured like real jeans. The front pockets are fake, but I've gotten used to that.
They retail at $49 a pair. I was able to grab them at a major sale, combine them with a coupon and paid $20 for two pairs. I got a dark wash pair and a denim wash ones. I could not be happier with my purchase. I am so reluctant to wearing any other pants at the moment because of how comfortable these are and how well they fit my shape.
P.S. This is not a sponsored post. I'm just super excited about this finding!

Power Pout: The Red Lip
Honestly, I haven't felt confident enough to wear it; red is such a sexy and powerful color that it intimidates me. But (get ready for a little bit of fangirling here) I was reading This is how you lose her by Junot Diaz (one of my biggest literary crushes *swoons*) and there was a particular quote that caught my eye,
"I’ve always believed that the universe invented the color red solely for Latinas"And you know what, it's true. Maybe that's one the reasons I avoided the color red. Red is something my mom wears... the other women in my family wear, and I didn't (and sometimes I still don't) feel like a woman, I don't feel like an adult, but I am.
So with much trepidation, I decided to borrow some of my mom's lipsticks and try a couple of my own. The three I love are 1. NYX Matte Lipstick -Alabama brick red , 2. MAC Stroke of Midnight, and 3. Revlon Super Lustrous spicy cinnamon.
Once I started wearing the red around the house and maybe once or twice to the store, I realized how confident it made me feel. I felt like a grown up. Even though I still don't know what I'm doing or where my life is heading... somehow a red lip makes me feel powerful and like I'm put together. Hell, it even makes me feel sexy! Thus, why I call it the power pout.

Fall Winter Wishlist
Here are some items that I would LOVE to have in my wardrobe this fall/winter season.
Coats: A leather jacket is a staple. AS proclaimed by many - your life WILL infinitely get better once you have one. I'll blame my want for a baby blue coat on Belle (this post). I'd like to get a wool one with some awesome silver buttons, but so far I've had no luck in the stores.
Sweater: I've wanted this exact bow sweater from J.crew for a year now. It was on sale last week, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much money on a sweater. :(
I also have been loving the Catherine Maladrino line for Kohl's. I especially want the sweater featured and this printed blouse.
Boots: This year I've been loving over the knee boots. I like suede ones with almost no heel. The ones in the list are from JustFab and I'm really considering forking over the money for these. A coworker wore these with cranberry skinny jeans and it looked like such a fabulous pairing. I also love the cutout in the back of the boot.
On the contraire, I've also been loving short, high heeled booties. I already own a pair of brown ones with a thick heel. This year I would love to get this black pair. Or possibly this beautiful pair from LC Lauren Conrad's line at Kohl's.
Accessories: Lately, I've been wanting to get a nice structured bag. I wanted one from the Phillip Lim collection for Target, but I unfortunately did not get a chance to score one.
Since winter is almost here I started to think of all the cute hats I can wear to survive the season fashionably. I'd like to try to wear a hat with a big pom pom on it. I'm afraid it might make my head appear bigger though, so I'll try this on in the store before buying it online.
Skirt: I love how this girl styled her skirt here and I've wanted to re-create her outfit ever since I saw it on my feed.

Someday Summary: Thursday
- I've been debating cutting my hair to a shoulder length bob. The only thing stopping me is the fact that I won't be able to fishtail braid anymore.
- I've been watching What Not to Wear quite obsessively lately, which makes me question every purchase I made since the show.
'Will I really wear this? '
'What does this do for my figure?'
'What items in my closet can I pair this with?'
- Also, I've been crying my eyes out watching 'Derek' (I think it's a Netflix only show). It's seriously so good and so heart warming.
- Have any of you guys seen Gravity? My friends have trying to convince me to see it, but I'm so unsure whether it'll be interesting to see a person hanging out in the outer space for 2 hours.
- I STILL haven't upgraded to the newest iPhone system.I'm probably the last person on the planet who hasn't.
- My work is having a fundraiser for Breast Cancer and we were asked to wear something pink for the occasion. Needless to say I don't own anything PINK. Funnily enough I spent most of 8th grade wearing varying shades of pink, because my best friend at the time was obsessed with the color. I'm not sure what I did with all that pink clothing.
- I almost backed into another car in a parking lot. Until a person walking by screamed. Good thing I had my windows down. Obviously, I'm a failure at operating a moving vehicle.

BFF Review: Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy
Few weeks ago I got sucked in by a commercial that promised an end to dry and itchy scalp. I was super excited, because I found a coupon for it and was able to get this duo for less than 2$ (I think retail it's close to 5-6$).
Let me tell you, this stuff BURNS.
Here is how first night went:
Get in the shower. La la la. Pour some shampoo on my hand. (On a side note: these bottles are not designed for shower use- I struggled to get any product out. They have a teeny tiny little slot for the product to come out at the bottom of the awkwardly shaped bottle.) Lather, massage my scalp per instructions on the bottle. It stung a little but I figured it was momentary and the conditioner would help soothe my scalp. I followed up with the conditioner only to immediately rinse it off because it made the burning sensation even worse. I kept rinsing my hair out to make the pain go away, but it would not stop.
Once I got out of the shower, my scalp was still on fire. It stung for another 15 minutes or so. Afterwards, my scalp was red and not happy.
I'm not really sure what caused this reaction. I didn't think I had a very sensitive scalp, (Just the regular kind with occasional dandruff.) so I was really surprised that this shampoo and conditioner had such a negative effect on me.
Over the next few weeks, I stayed away from this product. I tried using both things separately with different items, but the result was always the same.
These bottles have been in my shower for way too long. I think I will have to throw them away. I might try using them for shaving- just because I don't like wasting things. I can't even bring myself to try and give it a friend because I do not want to cause unnecessary pain.
If you decide to buy these, definitely try and check out some samples before you purchase the whole bottle.
Have you tried this product?

Leopard Print
I've never been much of a leopard print person. I've always found it a bit tacky, but lately I've changed my mind and find leopard print to be elegant (if it is not overdone). You definitely won't see me walking around in a leopard print fur coat anytime soon, but I've been thinking of finding some delicate leopard print flats or a belt to my wardrobe. The outfits above are what I would wear if I wear to style a leopard print item.
I've tried pairing a leopard print scarf with these outfits and I found that to be too out of my comfort zone. I'll stick to shoes or belts for now. All of the outfits are simple everyday things that I see myself wearing all the time. Adding a leopard printed item to the outfit transforms it from casual wear to stylish chic.
How do you wear leopard print?

Let's Start a Conversation: The Purple Purse Campaign
DISCLOSURE: This post is sponsored by Allstate and we will be compensated in cooperation with Latina Bloggers Connect |
Hello Lovely BFF's,
As some of you may know, October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Domestic violence occurs 145 times every hour and 35 women die each day. This is an issue that affects millions and is often not talked about and misunderstood; more than one third of Americans have never discussed the issue of domestic violence with friends and family. Can you imagine having to go through something like this alone without resources or support?
The Purple Purse
Started in 2011, the Allstate Foundation’s Purple Purse Campaign provides a way to start the difficult conversation around the issue of domestic violence. But why a purple purse? The Allstate Foundation chose to start the Purple Purse Campaign for a variety of reasons. The purse represents a woman’s financial domain (freedom and independence) and the color purple is often used by domestic violence campaigns. The Allstate Foundation is sending out more than 1,000 purple purses that will be passed between co-workers, friends, and family. For every purse passed along and checked in at PurplePurse.com, Allstate will donate $5 to the YWCA.
What we know is that 1 in 4 women are affected by domestic violence and that financial knowledge and resources are the number one determinant whether they choose to stay, leave, or even return with an abusive partner, which is why Allstate will donate up to $350,000 to YWCA programs that will provide resources to women in need and help survivors of domestic abuse.
You Can Help
Together BFF’s we can help ignite conversations about the issue of domestic violence and help so that those affected by domestic violence can get the resources and help they need. And don't worry, if you are not able to get your hands on a purple purse, you can pass on a virtual purple purse by clicking below and sharing on all your social media sites. Thank You.
If you need immediate help, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or TTY 1-800-787-3224.

September Favorites
Let's start with hair care.
1. I've discovered a new dry shampoo, it is a Dove Dry Shampoo Nourish + Care. It's a great substitute for my Suave one that was featured in the 10 under $10 post. The smell is not over powering. The selling point for me was the fact that it doesn't leave your hair with white residue. It only does that if you spray quite a lot on, but you only need a little mist to get your hair looking refreshed.
2. L'Oreal Ever Creme Deep Nourishing Mask is amazing and worth all the hype that it has been getting lately. I found a little sample of this in my bathroom and I was instantly hooked. As soon as I put the product into my hair it made my hair super soft. The mask smells really nicely, like a high end product with maybe a hint of vanilla. It has no sulfates and is free of heavy waxes.
Nails
3. Sally Hansen Nail Strips are super convenient and easy to use for accent nails. See how Clara did her nails using a nail sticker in blue polka dots on our Instagram. It looks fabulous!
4. I've finally tried the L'Oreal Nail Polish in shade 111 'not a cloud in sight', shown above. It is such a pretty shade of blue. I couldn't resist. I only had to use one coat to get a great color opacity. And it's only 5$!
Random
5. Revenge (TV Series). This is seriously my guilty pleasure lately. I don't remember the last time I was so into a show. What I love most about this show is how the main character (Emily) is a bad ass. There is no other way to describe her. The show is located in the Hamptons, which has such an amazing scenery. I love the fashion as well, even though it does not play as big of a role in the second season. The show is just so suspenseful- I never know what's around the corner!
6. Emergency- C in Pink Lemonade. Fall is officially here and with that comes flu/ cold season. I'm suffering through one of those right now and drinking this helps me feel a bit more energized. Pink Lemonade is so far my favorite flavor.

College Wardrobe: Pants. Skirts and Dresses
In the last edition of the College Wardrobe I'd like to talk about what are some of the essential dresses, skirts and pants to have in college. The previous editions: [tops][shoes][accessories]
★I think one of the most important items in any closet, but especially a college wardrobe, are a nice pair of dark wash denim. They make your legs appear longer and add a layer of sophistication. As I've mentioned before, this another great way to look a little bit more mature than you might feel.
★It is good to have a nice pair of perfectly distressed jeans, because you can not be all serious in college. You need to have some fun and this will probably the last few years when you can get away with wearing pants with holes in them. I like to have a pair that is slightly distressed but does not look sloppy. No huge knee holes for me. No holes on the back area either.
★A pencil skirt is a must. A black one will go with any top, but a patterned one will make you stand out from the crowd. It is good to have one in case of an impromptu interview. You could also transform it into a going out skirt- just add some sparkly shoes or a top.
★It is always nice to have some dresses, because they are so easy to wear. I'd suggest getting a floral dress . Wearing a busy print (such as florals) can be distracting, so if you pulled an all nighter and don't want to look it, use this dress as disguise.
★Make sure to pack a flirty-fun dress that you feel good in that you can dress up or down. There are plenty of occasions in college when you are unsure of what to wear. Having a dress that I felt great in saved me so many times.
★And last but not least is a little black dress. I think everyone should own one (at least). If you are trying to impress someone (*cough ex-boyfriend cough*) or score a great seats in a restaurants, wearing a L.B.D. helps boost your confidence level. Black dresses are slimming and make you look like you have your life together, even when you don't.

Fancy Wallets
Fancy Wallets
Clockwise starting with the red stud wallet from GoJane/ perforated white kiss-lock from Charlotte Russe green suede chain linked quilted from TopShop/ blue wallet from John Lewis b&w zig zag and leather studded wallets from Target |
When I go out on the weekends I don't like to carry around a huge purse. When you're at the club or at a bar, having to drag a handbag is a party no-no.
So what's my solution?
A cute wallet.
You might be thinking... why just buy a nice clutch? Well, in my opinion, I think a wallet is better because during the daytime you can easily revert back to using it as an accessory and just throw it into a bag for daily use while shopping or running errands; meanwhile a clutch is its own sort of bag... and a bag in a bag makes no sense.
On the left side I've chosen 3 wristlets, which are smaller wallets that you can carry by wrapping them around your wrist . These are perfect for going out dancing because you don't have to worry about dropping or losing your valuables. The wallets on the right are your traditional wallets with a bit of an edge. These are great for dinner night out or a bar meeting with friends.
Do you replace your handbag with just a wallet? What are your reasons?

Tea Time
It's finally getting cold enough to drink warm tea and chill out at home with a blanket in the evening. Here are some of our favorite teas of the season.
1. Stash Lemon Ginger Tea
This tea is not just for when you're sick. I love drinking it in the fall. I usually add a little bit of honey to it. Also, I do not steep it for very long because I don't like a strong ginger flavor in my tea.
2. Tazo Zen Green Tea
This tea has a blend of lemongrass and spearmint. I think that's why this green tea tastes so good and not like grass juice. I usually drink it without anything in it (sometimes I add honey).
3. Celestial Seasonings Chocolate Caramel Chai
This is as delicious as it sounds. I stumbled upon this chai during holiday season and it has been a favorite ever since. I usually add a splash of milk to make it into a 'tea latte'. It tastes much better than chai from any coffee shop in the area- in my opinion.
4. Twinning's English Breakfast Tea
Black tea is my ultimate favorite. This brand makes the best one in my opinion. I'd like to think that this is the tea that ALL British people drink. Thus by drinking this tea I feel very posh and British. ;)
5. Stash Peach Black Tea
This is a delicious black tea. I really like black tea so adding a new flavor to something that I already love is a definite winner in my book. I usually add a little sprinkle of sugar.

College Wardrobe:Accessories
The easiest way to change up a simple outfit is to add an accessory . There are so many different patterns and multiple ways of tying scarves that this option is limitless. You could also throw on a statement necklace and get away with a jeans + white tee combo any day. They are both quite easy to pack and are pretty inexpensive. A lazy top knot looks much better if you pair it with some elaborate earrings.
Just a little tip don't go overboard and try to wear a statement necklace and big earrings at the same time. There only a few cases where that looks chic, in all other cases it is a fashion fail.
For the love of Chanel and everything sacred, please do not under any circumstances bring really expensive jewelry or family heirlooms to your dorm room. While you may trust all your roommates and everyone who lives on your floor it is just not safe to bring such important artifacts. If you can keep them at your home.
Another important 'accessory' is a classic bag. While having a tote for everyday classes and cute clutch for nights out is great, I believe that adding a classic bag to your college wardrobe is a necessity. It will help you stand out from a crowd, whether it is at a sorority meeting or a date.
What are some of your essential accessories?

Summer Reading
For the last few weeks of summer I have been on a reading roll. I've picked up quite a few books and decided to write mini reviews of them. I'm a sucker for pretty covers (I try really hard to not judge a book by its cover but just look at these books! How can the stories inside them not be anything but awesome?)
1. Jill Mansel Nadia Knows Best
Nadia is stranded due to a snowstorm where she meets Jay, who helps her get out of her car. She assumes he is gay and acts like her normal self, because she does not think that she has to impress a gay man with her wittiness and being sexy. She eventually learns that Jay is quite the opposite of a gay man. She battles with her own emotions, her current boyfriend and her quirky & crazy family throughout the novel in order to discover who occupies the biggest place in her heart. I liked all of the characters, especially Millie's crazy family and I like that the author included many points of view. I laughed out loud a lot throughout this novel.
2. Jill Mansel Millie's Fling
Millie is dumped by her boyfriend when she tries to save a suicidal famous book author. One night she goes out and on her way back she finds a wallet. She decides to prank call the owner of the wallet and finds herself attracted to his deep voice. She immediately regrets the prank call and tries to make up for her immaturity by meeting up with the owner for a drink. Millie is an average, real woman so it is easy to relate to her. After she is dumped by her scum boyfriend she declares to have a man-free summer and even wagers a bet with her roommate. She also agrees to have a book written about her by the suicidal famous author. She falls for the 'wallet owner' Hugh, but his past life keeps them from being together. Another fun read from Jill Mansel. I enjoy her style of writing and wittiness.
3. Huntley Fitzpatrick My Life Next Door
A big and loud family moves in next door to a quiet and organized family of three. The main character, Samantha, observes the family next door and eventually falls in love with one of the boys, Jase- much to her mother's disapproval. Samantha has grown up quite privileged, whereas Jase has learned to take care of his family from a very young age. It is fun to read about the different dynamics of both families. Samantha is cool and laid back. Jase is so sweet and family oriented. Then something terrible happens and the couple is forced to make a decision that impacts their relationship.
I liked that the main characters were very mature and I really liked the way Sam's and Jase's relationship was described. Their first kiss, their trip to the store to buy condoms, how they dealt with George (the curious younger brother of Jase). Light and real and quirky read. The book did not feel like a YA novel. I liked the author's sense of humor. The only negative is that the ending wasn't much of an ending. I was left not knowing what happened to most of the main secondary characters.
4. Gemma Burgess Brooklyn Girls
The main character Pia gets fired from her new job faster than someone can take a photo down on Facebook. During her hunt for a new job she discovers a new passion. In order to impress her strict parents, she sets up her own business and runs it successfully with many tragic occurrences. She lives in Brooklyn with few other girls. They struggle with life, boys and dating just like every other twenty something single girl does.
This book was just okay in my opinion. There were too many aspects that I just could not relate to or ones that I did not think were believable. The main character was empathetic, but at times really annoyed me.
Have you read any of these books? What books do you recommend?

College Wardrobe: Tops and Jackets
Welcome to another edition of the College Wardrobe essentials! If you'd like to see our picks for shoes, click here.
★ A completely essential piece of clothing that you absolutely will need in college is a nice blazer. As I mentioned in this post you will be attending a lot of professional meetings and if you want to make a good impression- throwing on a smart structured blazer helps.
★ A button down oxford shirt is essential for similar reasons. In college, you want to appear professional. I feel like college students have to try harder at being taken seriously because we are considered to be young and immature. By dressing more maturely we are showing that we can be taken seriously. Plus you can wear an oxford shirt casually with some distressed jeans and ray bans. (Lauren Conrad anyone?)
★ A striped shirt is a must in any closet. A striped shirt is so versatile. Bold striped shirts bring attention to you and it looks amazing layered underneath a blazer, with a cardigan or even by itself paired with jeans or a skirt.
★Another staple in a college wardrobe are solid colored tees. These are just perfect to throw on if you woke up late. And they look much better than the T-shirt's with your university's logo, if you're going for a professional but cute look!
★ I'm not sure what it is about universities, but every person that I've spoken to complains about how cold the classrooms are 90% of the year. I'm suggesting you bring a light cozy sweater with you to early classes or you'll hear your teeth chattering more than you'll hear your professors voice.
We like this mint green light sweater from Gina Tricot.
★ I'm a firm believer in having a beautiful structured coat. You could be wearing a white Hanes tank top underneath and no one would know. On the outside you will look fabulous and chic. As a college student you are transitioning from a ' Hollister tee shirt high school wearing days' to slightly professional wardrobe. This is a good time to invest in a nice coat that will last you for seasons to come. You could wear it to fancy family dinners, as well as a winter date or a meeting. It is important for the coat to fit you nicely and give you some shape. It might take you a while to find that perfect fit, but when you do, trust me, it will be worth it.
